Onyx Management Solutions is a pioneering 100% black woman-owned software development and testing service provider based in Johannesburg. Gala was tasked with crafting a bespoke web design that would not only showcase Onyx MS’s brand but also amplify their services.
Our mission was to craft an online persona that truly reflected the essence of Onyx MS. The objectives were twofold u2014 to communicate their expertise, foster valuable partnerships, and, most importantly, drive lead generation.
Onyx MS had a rough start with a previous contractor. We had to build trust. As a young company, they didn’t have all their service details ready, which we needed for their website copy. Plus, they lacked a clear style guide to help us build a consistent brand.u00a0u00a0

Gala Digital organised a virtual workshop to get everyone on the same page. We studied the market, made a proposal with mock designs, and figured out the colours, fonts, and overall look that Onyx MS wanted. Our writing team discussed with Onyx’s team to gather info and create a story that clicked, all polished through a tough review process. It was teamwork all the way.
A slick, radiant website with pages that catch your eye just like landing pages do. We added smart forms and buttons that tell you what to do next, boosting business. The site also sparkled with wavy shapes that match Onyx’s logo and lively spirit. Onyx Management Solutions doubled its team size post-launch, securing prestigious accolades including the Impumelelo Top Empowerment Qualified Company Award and a prominent finalist position in the Africa Tech Week Conference Awards.
