Interaction and Communication
G Lounge is a finish-line hospitality destination at Berlin November, bringing racing, entertainment and culture into a private trackside experience. Gala Digital redesigned its website and developed the communication around the event, helping that experience remain recognisable from the first announcement through to the guest’s arrival at the marquee.
G Lounge is experienced long before the event begins. Guests need to understand what they are buying, partners need to see where their brands belong and the event itself needs to remain visible as artists and programme details are announced over time.
The older website and separate campaign assets did not give that growing experience one dependable centre. Each annual edition also introduced new artists, sponsors and guest information without losing the identity people already associated with G Lounge.
Gala Digital redesigned the website around the parts of the experience people needed to explore: the G Lounge story, its events, packages, partnerships and gallery. The content and search structure gave the brand a permanent digital home while keeping ticket and event information close to the decision to attend.
Around the website, Gala Digital built a continuing communication system for each annual edition. The event identity moved from artist announcements and outdoor advertising into the information guests used to prepare for the day and find their way through the experience.

The redesigned website does more than announce one event date. It introduces the G Lounge story, presents the marquee experience and gives packages, partnerships and event imagery a permanent place to live.
The structure allows a first-time visitor to understand the offer while giving returning guests a direct route to current event information. This makes the website useful between campaigns instead of becoming a temporary poster that needs to be replaced every year.
Every edition brings a new visual atmosphere, but the communication still needs to be recognised as G Lounge. Gala Digital developed annual campaign directions that could change with the event while holding onto the premium character of the brand.
Artist posters and social content were released as the programme took shape. The same direction then expanded into billboards, printed banners and large digital formats, allowing the campaign to remain clear at very different scales.
G Lounge works with sponsors and event partners whose presence needs to feel considered rather than added at the end. The communication gave each partnership a clear place within the event while protecting the identity and hierarchy of G Lounge itself.
This helped the campaign support more than ticket sales. It also gave G Lounge a stronger platform for showing prospective partners how their brands could become part of the hospitality experience.
As the event approached, communication moved from anticipation into practical guidance. The event guide helped guests understand their arrival, accreditation and the programme waiting for them, while still feeling like part of the experience they had already seen promoted.
Welcome messages, partner communication and screen-ready artwork then carried the same identity into the marquee. The experience did not stop when somebody bought a ticket. It continued through arrival and the information guests relied on during the event.
G Lounge now has a digital home and a repeatable communication system that can support each annual edition without making every year look the same. The work connects the website, campaign, partner presence and guest experience, giving the brand a more consistent way to build anticipation and deliver on it.
We bring websites and communication together so an event can build confidence from the first announcement through to arrival.
